About this experience
At The Top is the observation deck on levels 124 and 125 of the Burj Khalifa, 452 metres up the tallest building in the world. You enter from the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall and walk through a presentation on how the tower was built before the lift doors open. The ride is part of the visit: one of the fastest passenger lifts in the world takes about a minute to reach level 124. Level 124 has the outdoor terrace, which is the one people remember. The air is noticeably cooler up there and the glass gives way to open sky. Level 125 is one floor up, indoors and quieter, with a glass floor section and telescopes that overlay the daytime view onto the same scene at night. There is no time limit once you are up, so most people stay about an hour. AED 185 is a standard non-prime slot. Prime hours run 15:00 to 19:00 and sunset falls inside them, so a sunset visit costs more. Say so when you book and we will quote it before you pay. Your ticket covers the queue as well as the lift, so you go through the priority line rather than the standby one. Wi-Fi at the top is free, which matters more than it sounds when everyone in your group wants the same photograph sent home before they leave.
