By booking with IRHA TOURISM L.L.C, you agree to the simple, common-sense terms below. Specific tours may carry additional terms which we communicate before confirmation.

Bookings & payments

Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Quoted prices are valid for the specific dates shared by our team. Currency conversions are indicative — the final invoice is in AED.

Cancellations & refunds

Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the tour starts. The exact policy is listed on each tour page. Some attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Conduct & safety

Guests are expected to follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers and venue operators. We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour endangers other guests or staff.

Liability

IRHA TOURISM L.L.C acts as a booking agent between you and the operator providing the experience. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.
