About this experience
Two hours on a wooden dhow along Dubai Creek, which is the older and quieter of the two cruise routes. The Creek is where the city started. You pass the Gold and Spice Souks, the heritage houses of Bur Dubai and the abra crossings that still carry commuters for a dirham. It is a slower, more traditional evening than the Marina route, with fewer skyscrapers and more of the old town. Dinner is an international buffet served on board, with a live tanoura performance during the cruise. Upper deck seating is open-air. Boarding is at the creek-side jetty. Two hours on the water, so allow about three door to door. Hotel transfers are not included on this route.
